In honor of Pride month, the evening will be rooted in rest, connection, and community with a focus on LGBTQAI+
Join Rachael Farinella of Guide & Seek at Shared Roots Collective on June 25 for an evening of sound healing, reflection, and community connection in honor of Pride Month. This gathering is centered on creating a welcoming, affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies to pause, reconnect, and simply be.
Led by Chicago-based sound healer and meditation teacher Rachael Farinella, this immersive experience weaves together sound, breath, and mindfulness to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and gentle restoration. Rachael’s work is rooted in trauma-informed mindfulness and emphasizes choice, agency, and emotional safety, creating spaces that feel intentional, inclusive, and deeply supportive.
Through calming soundscapes and guided presence, participants are invited into a space of stillness, self-awareness, and connection at their own pace. Whether you’re seeking rest, reflection, community, or simply a moment to exhale, this evening offers an opportunity to return to yourself with greater clarity, trust, and ease.
