Clarity & Support

“ I came in looping on the same relationship decisions and second-guessing everything. After three sessions, I felt calmer, clearer, and finally able to trust the decision I already knew I needed to make.”

- Katie D., Virtual Client

Clarity Sessions are 1:1 coaching conversations for people navigating overthinking, self-trust, relationship patterns, confidence, identity shifts, and life transitions.

You do not need a perfect plan before you reach out. You only need the sense that something needs to change.

What happens in a session

Clarity Sessions are collaborative conversations available in person or virtually. Choose a 30-, 60-, or 90-minute session depending on how much space you’d like to explore what’s going on. We begin with what feels loud, stuck, or hard to name. We sort through what is actually yours, what is fear, and what is noise, and together, identify the clearest next step so you leave with more honesty, more steadiness, and meaningful forward movement.

This is for you if:
• you are overthinking the same issue on repeat
• you feel pulled between what you want and what you think you should want
• you want grounded support without judgment
• you are open to honest reflection and action

This is not for you if:
• you want crisis support or clinical treatment
• you are looking for therapy or diagnosis
• you want someone else to make decisions for you

"I came to Rachael because I knew something had to change, but I couldn't figure out what, or why I kept getting in my own way. After a few sessions, I finally had the confidence to leave a career that no longer fit and pursue something that actually aligned with my values. What made this different was that she never told me what to do. She asked the questions I needed to hear, challenged the stories I was telling myself, and helped me trust my own decisions. For the first time in years, I felt like I was moving forward instead of just spinning my wheels."
