Private Group Sound Baths
A different way to gather, celebrate, or just be together.
For birthdays, friend groups, retreats, celebrations, and private gatherings.
Private sound baths are a way to bring the Guide & Seek experience to your own group.
They can be part of a birthday or wedding weekend, built into a retreat, added to a gathering with friends, or booked simply because you want to experience a sound bath together without attending a public event.
Each session is guided from beginning to end. We’ll start with a short grounding practice, move into an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, and close with a brief meditation to transition out of the experience.
make it yours
Some groups come in with a reason for gathering: a birthday, transition, wedding, reunion, or retreat. Others just want to try something different together.
If there’s an intention you’d like to bring into the session, we can build around it. If there isn’t, that’s fine too. It does not need a theme to be meaningful.
There’s also no one right way to participate. You can lie down, sit up, change positions, keep your eyes open, step out, or experience the sound in whatever way works for you. My approach is trauma-sensitive, so choice and autonomy are built into the session rather than everyone being expected to meditate, relax, or respond in the same way.
No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed.
