Connection is a guided experience for partners to slow down, reconnect, and spend intentional time together through sound, mindfulness, breath, and reflective practices designed to support presence and emotional connection.

This offering is inclusive of all relationship structures.

Each session moves through three intentional phases:

A grounding moment to help everyone arrive fully and slow down together

A restorative sound bath designed to quiet external noise and support deeper presence, relaxation, and connection

A closing meditation and reflection to help carry the experience back into everyday life
